A product of Yum Brands, Pizza Hut is a well established entity in Pakistan with over 40 outlets spread across 10 main cities of the country. Over the years it has catered fittingly to the food loving people of this region, with their quality Pizzas and has garnished a praise-worthy following, especially catering to the traditional culture where families dine in often.
Due to its innovative campaign and marketing strategy, it has helped the company capture a notable market share and their adaptive nature has helped them to prolong its customer loyalty. It started off with its International taste with a traditional theme, which included Pizzas such as Chicken Supreme and Meat lovers, which were cherished by everyone.
As time evolved, they have now also diverted to a wide variety, which sees them offer Pizza on a typical local idea – Chicken Karahi and Seekh Kabab Pizzas. The local flavours though sound catchy are as delicious as their initial offerings (just an opinion).
Like many fast-food chains, Pizza Hut has always been busy with its media campaigns, which over the years helped them to attract consumers. Especially the “All You Can Eat” during the month of Ramazan is a big hit among the consumers, where the outlets are packed with food craving people.
Also, their Pizzas are fresh; however, their service lacks regularity which is quite annoying. Their salad bar has a reasonable variety ranging from Macaronis, Apple Cabbage, along with multiple choices in sauces. Apart from Pizza, they offer other items on their menu which include a wide range of starters, along with Pastas, Sandwiches and Desserts.
The dine in area is clean and it is a perfect place to bring your family. The ambience is top notch, catering to high income bracket of the country. The Pizzas is their mainstay, however, opinions are divided whether they are the best with people also preferring local Pizzas as well – offered by the likes of Rahat and Bread Butter.
Their main competitor remains Dominos as far as the International Brands is concerned; however, it is fair to say that people still prefer to go to Pizza Hut. With the rise in inflation in the country, consumers have somewhat restricted their outings, which somewhat have dented their sales.
All international brands are now luring their customers into buying their products, with affordability being high in their marketing campaigns with Pizza Hut and Mc Donalds being the leaders.
Final word- If you are a Pizza lover, one must visit the nearest outlet.
