Lindsay Loahan-Troubled on Judicial grounds

Lindsay Loahan was handcuffed in the court on the account of a theft charge for stealing a gold necklace from a jewellery store earlier this year. Her punishment included 360 hours community service at the women’s detention centre, and another 120 hours at a morgue.

This week the pop sensation was brought in the court for her probation analysis and it was found that Loahan was unable to perform community service to which further she admonished for failing to treat her sentence seriously. Loahan didn’t finish her community service and just went on with that for a tiny fraction part for the community services in the past six months.

For most of the time in the court, Loahan was shaking her head in a disappointing fashion, as after getting handcuffed, Loahan was charged of increase in probation and further on she had to pay a huge sum of $100,000 for the bail and then she was allowed to go home.

Judge Sautner addressed the convicted superstar to reappear on November 2^nd for the hearing which court officials and attorneys will depict for clearing up the matter of Loahan that whether she violated her probation or not. If evidences prove that she hadn’t complied with her punishment then she will be sent to jail.

Loahan’s attorney Shawn Holley tried the best to convince the judge that Loahan had completed her compensations substantially with other portions of Judge Sautner’s sentence which included psychological counselling and attendance in a program for shoplifters and further Loahan’s attorney also stated that she should be allowed to continue uninterrupted on probation.

Troubled and disastrous, Loahan was dealt with strict measures, as Judge Sautner stated that she didn’t comply with the court’s orders to work at a downtown Los Angeles women’s detention centre instead she was reinstated by the city officials to go with her services without a consent at a Red Cross program.

Sternly the judge said “Nobody has the power to change my sentence, I am revoking her probation.”

Loahan earlier in the year served 35 days under house arrest and was judicially instructed to induct into a shoplifter’s counselling program and psychological therapy.
