America has serious concerns of the crossfire at the Pak-Afghan border and both countries should observe an immediate seize fire, said the US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in her interview to an American Tv channel.

She said the information provided by the Admiral Mike Molan confirming the connections of the Pakistani secret agency Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) with the Haqqani network, now has proved true. She said America was not concerned about these connections, as the Haqqani network had not targeted the Americans in Afghanistan, but now the circumstances are not tolerable.

She gave a tough message to Pakistan that America would not stomach today what it had put up yesterday.

“They must be part of the solution and that means ridding their own country of terrorists who kill their own people and cross the border to kill in Afghanistan,” Clinton said.

“We’re going to be fighting, we’re going to be talking and we’re going to be building. And they can either be helping or hindering, but we are not going to stop our efforts.”

American Army has forcedly weakened the Taliban but now Haqqani Network has started insurgency from their safe havens in Pakistan, remarked Clinton. She said Pakistani has sacrificed more than ten thousands lives in their efforts to eradicate the terrorism, but she insisted on the same demand saying that they “can and must do more”.

Meanwhile Gen. John Allan after his meeting with Gen. Ashfaq Pervaiz Kiani, said that America was investigating the cross border attacks.

Clinton is on her high-profile two days visit to Pakistan along with unusual delegations of five-top ranked U.S. officials that included Central Intelligence Agency Chief David Petraeus, special representative for Afghanistan Pakistan Marc Grossman, US joint Chief of JointStaff Committee chairman General Martin Dempsey, President Obama’s advisor on Afghan War, Lt-Gen Douglas Lute.

Pakistani high-level officials who met with U.S. top ranked officials were included Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani, Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Pervaiz Kiani, DG-ISI General Shuja Pasha and Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar and Minister of Finance Abdul Hafeez Sheikh.

In a meeting said to be in very frank manner, Gilani said Clinton to give peace a chance as visualized by the All Parties Conference. Hilary appreciated an initiative of calling upon the APC and praised that Pakistan had sent a positive message to World.
