Muslim League (N) and Pakistan Tehreek-e Insaf to show muscle

Apparently, the rally by Muslim League (N) is aimed at ousting president Zardari from power, however, a closer look reveals that all that drama is about countering Imran Khan at a battle which has always remained named to the “Shareefs” but which is slipping
from their hands fast like sand from the close fists.

Shareefs have always extended under the table support to the PPP led ruling alliance for past three years or so, and in doing so, they have ruined their image completely before the masses. However, a party that only believes in ‘turns’ for ruling a country,
and that is not bothered about the betterment of its dwellers, is only expected to cook dramas and serve lies.

In order to show their “non-existent” support in the capital of Punjab, the ‘Shareefs’ did not mind using the public money for staging a show aimed at their personal promotion. Yesterday, a private television channel exposed how an MPA of ‘N’ league was
distributing money among the transporters while sitting in a public office and binding them to provide buses for fetching people to Bhati chowk gathered by ‘patwaris’ and ‘thaanedars’.

The irony is that despite the sheer wastage of public money, the ‘N’ league, which stands exposed before the masses, will have to strive hard for countering the tide of masses turning in favour of Imran Khan, the cricketer-turned politician who is known
for his fair and clean dealings in the dirty business of Pakistani politics.

Imran Khan, of course, do not have an entire province’s resources to make his rally successful, however, amid his credibility and an honest perception among the ordinary citizens, he is expected to stage a far greater procession in the heart of Pakistan.
However, even if the ‘Shareefs’ and their ‘Dons’ contrive to sabotage the rally by employing their traditional unfair means, this is evident that they are fast losing their support base in the country.

Come October 28^th, and if Imran Khan manages to gather a greater crown at the Minar-e Pakistan ground, it will become official that the days for the autocracy of ‘Shareefs’  family are numbered.
