Ranbir Kapoor: I am happy with growth of my film career

The son of another super hit actor, Rishi Kapoor also revealed that he is trying to gain perfection in his acting, considering every role as a challenge.
The 29-year-old, who started his film career with a movie, Saawariya in 2007, termed his success as a result of working with talented directors of the industry.
"I hope I can grow with every character I do. I want to be the biggest star. I want to be the best actor and I feel I am on the right path. I have been fortunate that I have worked with such talented directors," he told IANS.
The handsome actor had also worked with the leading director of the silver screen, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, as his assistant in the making of super hit film, Black.
Ranbir’s second movie, Bachna Ae Haseeno, helped him earn massive fame, as he performed his role brilliantly.
After giving a super hit product to Bollywood, the emerging star started getting many offers at that time.
Following his unbelievable demand, he got a leading role in Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani, which was directed by Rajkumar Santoshi.
Once again the star icon proved his talent, which helped Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani to be considered as a blockbuster movie.
The versatile actor, who is famous for his sweet smile, also did his roles terrifically in Raajneeti and Anjaana Anjaani.
Coming back to his recent statement, he showed disappointment over People’s behaviour to divert his concentration level.
However, the confident actor clarified that he is not bothered about such people and looking to groom himself to become a real mega star.
"I am happy with my growth and the way my career is shaping up. People have tried to pull me down with negative reviews and never-ending rumours. But that doesn’t affect me at all now. I have become numb to such stories. I have learnt how to detach myself.
It doesn’t bother me or my peace of mind," he added.
