Terra Nova – TV Serial 2011

There are numerous of television serials which have acquired major fame among the viewers. Sitcoms, drams, science fiction series, adventurous and many more genre of drams has been released on televisions.

Terra Nova is a latest season which has been released on the 26^th of September 2011, on the small screen.

It’s basically an American science fiction, adventurous drama, which portrays the difficulties humans may suffer in the year 2149. This unique serial is quite different from the previous action thrillers and adventurous dramas.

The creators of Terra Nova, Kelly Marcel and Craig Silverstein interpret that what kind of threats and risks the human life can suffer on the planet Earth in the year 2149.

The intimidation and destruction caused on the planet is due to the air quality and the increasing rate of population. The devastating scenario of the Earth makes the survival of humanity impossible and virtually no vegetation exists.

The twist in the story line comes when a huge ring shaped structure named as a Hope Plaza is discovered by the scientist in Chicago, where humans can live a life in a space time which allows them to travel 85 million years back, in the period of prehistoric
Earth.

This unconventional timeline offers them a possibility to save the humanity. Besides other characters of the series the story focuses on the Shanon family.

 They join the tenth group of people, who begin their journey as the settlers to Terra Nova.

They start a new life at Terra Nova, where they experience unique situations like dealing with dinosaurs, carnivores and a group of colonists who have a secret agenda.

The serial compromising of a forty five minute episode each, is made in Queensland Australia.

Terra Nova was decided to be premiered in May 2011, but due to the time consuming visual effects it was moved to September 2011.

This thrill seeking television series consists of an amazing mystery besides adventure and drama, due to which the rating of this drama is increasing.
