The Adventures of Tintin faces a mixed review overseas

Steven Spielberg’s 3-D take on Georges Remi’s treasured comic books "The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn," has been premiered overseas and has achieved a mixed response at the international ground.

Opinions from overseas are varying widely in assessment of the movie, as some have a measure with praise and approbation for the movie where as one British critic had a violent reactance to it.

The origin of comic books,  Belgium’s newspaper Le Soir has quite a positive response towards it and remarked that "The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn," is a general public and popular film which has a blend of exotic film of adventure,
play of track Hitchcockian and the picaresque comedy”.

Though appreciated on a number of ocassions, the film earned a huge thumb down from the Guardian’s literary critic, Nicholas Lezard. He stated "Coming out of the new Tintin film directed by Steven Spielberg, I found myself, for a few seconds, too stunned
and sickened to speak; for I had been obliged to watch two hours of literally senseless violence being perpetrated on something I loved dearly. In fact, the sense of violation was so strong that it felt as though I had witnessed a rape."

England’s Empire Online has also made a special note of the film’s performance-capture technology and mentioned that nothing that it lends itself to "endless chase sequences."

In France the regenerated version of Tintin has appeared to be considered tres bien. L’Express has appreciated the filmmaker for adherence to crafting the movie that isn’t afraid to break with Remi’s vision.

French Cinema teaser has praised the film’s "sublime" and aspects of the much-ballyhooed technology behind the movie. Further added "The Adventures of Tintin” has proved performance capture absolutely can originate life when is executed by a grand scenario
writer.

Empire online mentioned "You have a job keeping up, but never at the expense of the sheer goodwill. While luxuriating in its pre-existing universe, here is a film imploring you to join in. It would take a hard heart to resist."

Nonetheless the movie has been able to gain a number of audiences and moreover the movie is termed as a captivating read. The film in upcoming days will surely make a good impact and attain a much anticipated number of viewers all across the globe.
