Wednesday, November 2nd, 2011 9:48:56 by Melvin ArthurLindsay Lohan will return to the court premises on Wednesday in front of Judge Sautner to see whether the Judge Sautner has agreed with a prosecutor advocating Lohan’s return to jail due to incompletion of Community service assignment at a women’s shelter
or not.
Nearly two weeks ago, Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner revoked Lohan’s probation at a hearing to determine whether she was successful in completing her community service or not. The Judge had almost with evidences found Lohan guilty of charge to which
Lohan’s attorney had spoken a wholesome paradigm of convincing words that she had been doing her services for which she was instructed by the court.
After the probation revoked the time is coming nearby for the final decision and now it will be formally approved whether Lohan has violated the terms of her sentence or not. The Judge has asked the prosecutors to calculate the time period for jail for which
the actress would have to serve is she is found consentient to violation of her probation for theft cases and misdemeanour drunken driving.
Sautner had instructed the actress to complete 120 hours for the janitorial work at the coroner’s office in the month of April and further said that Lohan will be benefited if she completes three times more the amount of hours at a women’s shelter.
Since her first arrest in the year 2007, Sautner is the fifth judge that Lohan has faced. Sautner is quite likely found with exasperated with the actress and California’s budget-strapped jail system. Sautner said "If jail meant something in the state of
California now, maybe I’d put her in jail,”
The Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office has found advocating jail time for Lohan. The "Mean Girls" actress has been found reporting to the Los Angeles morgue on a regular basis which was ordered by Sautner for her to do at the last court appearance.
Lohan on a number of ocassions has been sent to jail, rehab, counselling and community service after being arrested twice for drunken driving in the year 2007 and if this time, with a probation extension in-valid in any case, Lohan’s found guilty then she
will have to face the bars.
