Match Point: A ‘Romantic’ Thriller

Match Point is the most romantic thriller of the recent years and is a must-watch for every thrill lover. The story involves two murders in the same compound by a single person and takes a lot of twist and turns before it is finally revealed,
who the murderer is.

The main cast includes, Jonathan Rhys Meyers as ‘Chris Wilton’, Matthew Goode as ‘Tom Hewett’, Brian Cox as ‘Alec Hewitt’, Penelope Wilton as ‘Eleanor Hewett’, Emily Mortimer as ‘Chloe Hewett’ and Scarlett Johansson as ‘Nola Rice’.

Tennis pro, Chris Wilton, takes a job as a tennis instructor and hits it off immediately with one of his students, wealthy young Tom Hewitt.

Tom introduces Chris to his family and Chris falls quickly into a romance with Tom’s sister Chloe. But despite the growing certainty that Chris and Chloe will marry, and the enormous professional and financial advantages that come Chris’s way through his
relationship with the delighted Hewitt family, Chris becomes increasingly intrigued and eventually romantically involved with Tom’s fiancée, Nola Rice, a struggling American actress.

Their passionate trysts leave Chris in danger of losing the wealth and position he has now come to enjoy. The only solution to the dilemma seems unthinkable.

Chris’ worries starts when he comes across with an option to either let go Chloe or Nola would tell her everything about their long going romance.

Everything starts moving out of Chris’ hand when he realises of Nola getting pregnant. Beside this, Nola demands Chris to tell Chloe about their child, when Chris was avoiding her wife from becoming pregnant.

This entire situation forced Chris to commit something ridiculous, putting himself and his financial advantages under huge danger.

Now, will Chris stay safe from all the expected dangers or will it ruin his life, which was going smoothly until reuniting with Nola Rice.

Will the ball fall down across the net or will it stay in Chris’ court!
