Work ethic is far down the drain….

It is a very normal practice in many or let’s say almost all the workplaces that work ethics are crushed when and where possible. There has to be a difference between a person who is selling fruit on the road and someone who is sitting in an air conditioned
corporate suite with at least a Masters’ degree. When it comes to giving the job (of course if they consider you indispensable) they might even promise buying you a house just to let you stay and stick with the job so that their ends can start meeting.

Somewhere down the lane when it’s your turn to gain for them, the tables will not only turn at times they might even tumble down altogether. All of a sudden they will start finding short comings in you that never existed before or were mentioned by your
best friend who has been with you since Kindergarten. Your own strengths will be manipulated in a way that they will seem no good to you from now on. The channel of communication that they have so effectively brought into mechanism will have individuals telling
you completely different perceptions that they hold of you.

It is not you who has run into a multiple personality disorder rather it is them who suffer from and are a victim of lack………or absence of communication let alone agreement which just will be a vanished trait as they are more combined in the face of ‘disagreements’.
The biggest threat for them would be the quality that you are delivering, nightmares of you getting where they are today or enough to make them loose their appetite if you are capable of being somewhere beyond them.

What you have to do is..believe and then believe again in yourself because there is no one who is better judge of you than you yourself. No one gets to decide what your potential is or where exactly it will take you, you set your bench marks on your own
and then decide for your destiny on your own too. The simple reason that you have endless parasites after you is indicative of the fact that you are something and have something that they can never imagine having or accomplishing.
