Love nothing more than a mere illusion (Part 2)

The man mentioned in the final paragraph of the previous article is suffering from chronic depression now. He admitted that he had given one final chance to love a couple of months back, but the inevitable hit him right in the face once again. Instead of
love, he received yet another dose of hatred.
Love marriages are yet another proof of the non-existence of love. While the arranged marriages are widely believed to be more successful than love marriages, very few people are aware of the actual reason behind this. Two people can only live together if
they are willing to compromise and show flexibility. While this prerequisite of marriage is quite understood in arranged marriages, the love marriage considers love as the driving force behind marriage and lays a great deal of emphasis on it. The delusion
of love takes them away from the real necessity for successful marriage, i.e. compromise. Once the truth comes out, neither of the spouse is ready for the bitter reality and end up going separate ways.
We often find the youth indulging in pre-marital affairs and get an impression that the two are in love. However, the truth of the situation is quite different. Both the individuals are suffering from some sort of insecurity and complex and they seek companionship
of each other to feel wanted. The affection towards each other is fake and the relation is supported by nothing but selfish motives.
Do yourself a favour and stop searching for and believing in love because you will most likely end up getting yourself scarred and gain nothing but a painful memory out of it. These bitter experiences will make you ungrateful towards God, strip you of sleep
and deplete your confidence. Nothing good can come out of allowing yourself to believe that you love someone. If the other person does respond to your feelings and embraces you with open arms, do not let that fool you as it was probably some need of hers that
pushed her in your direction. These needs may range from a good car to get her around, a wallet full of money or a green card.
Nobody but direct family can be trusted when it comes to forming relationship and creating a bond. Therefore, do let someone’s angelic face, sweet nature or heavenly smile deceive you and lead you into yet another painful journey that just cannot have a
happy ending.
