Madhur Bhandarkar selects Kareena Kapoor for his new movie ‘Heroine’

Film director and script writer Madhur Bhandarkar has promised that ‘Heroine’ will be Kareena Kapoor’s “landmark’ movie. Heroine is basically a journey in a heroine’s life in the current world.

Earlier, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was the original ‘heroine’ but later she was replaced by Kareena, after her news of pregnancy spread all round media. Madhur is hopeful that he will face no more hindrances in future in making of ‘Heroine’.

The filmmaker told the media that the Heroine is a great script and story. Although, Kareena is a good actress and both of them have been discussing a lot about films. He further insured that this movie will set new trends for Kareena career in Bollywood.
On the other hand, Kareena has finally set to work on Heroine and is also really energized to shoot for the movie later this month.

Madhur explained, "It’s going to portray how an actress reaches the top and how her life goes through ups and downs. There are lot of catharsis and traumas shown in the film. Kareena is a great star and we even discussed a lot of films but nothing materialised.”

Kareena added that the movie would be sensational with a lot of drama. Madhur is a good director and he produced most hit films in Bollywood like, ‘Page 3’, ‘Fashion’ and ‘Traffic Signal’. He has talent of getting audience’s attention in his stories and
brings all the necessary ingredients in his movie in his own different style.  

Kareena added, “The role that I get to play in HEROINE is simply superb and I am pretty much kicked to give it my all. It is already one of the most talked about films of the next year and I am sure that if we all put in the right kind of energy in it, HEROINE
would be something really special."

Karisma is helping her sister in ‘Heroine’ as recently, she also dubbed for Bebo’s voice in the movie ‘Bodyguard’. However, the movie is on track and shooting will start on November 26 and it will be completed in spring next year.
