A Desperate Attempt

With the administrative situation worsening out in Pakistan, our leaders, some of them that is, are trying to save the government by all means. Yes! This might include help from outside sources. Considering that Pakistan’s current
administration is in hands of the American government, rather puppets, a recent development opened up a huge Pandora box.

A memo, that was delivered to Admiral Mike Mullen, now retired, had a plea from the government of Pakistan. What plea exactly?! Well here is the story. The Pakistan Army, lead by General Ashfaq Pervez Kiyani, was constantly criticising
the way peoples party, or we should say Zardari party was running the government. Hikes of prices of almost every single product sent the people of Pakistan in agony and the government did nothing about it.

The Memo, when came to the screen this week, had a plea from the government that they need help as the Army and the ISI (Inter Service Intelligence) is trying to overthrow the government and they require the help of the American
government to lead them out of this. All this happened right after the so called killing of Osama Bin Laden.

The man who delivered the memo is an American National yet Pakistani, Mansoor Ijaz, who is a strong businessman. Well at first Mr. Mullen denied that there was any kind of memo that he received, however, Mansoor Ijaz then posted
the story in NewYork Times and that made Mullen talk.

The Mullen statement came in the same Foreign Policy blog ‘The Cable’, a publication where his earlier denial had been reported by his ex-spokesman John Kirby. “Mullen had now acknowledged that the Ijaz memo did exist, that he
did receive it,” Kirby said in a deadly blow to the repeated denials by the Presidency, the Foreign Office and Ambassador Husain Haqqani.

So, the story of the American Army on the borders and threatening to attack Pakistan is quite clear. Pressurising the Pakistan armed forces and helping the Presidency to retain its power. Following this, Mr. Haqqani has come forth
with a resignation as he might as well be used as the escape goat by the government.

However, there is no point of letting the culprits escape this matter. If we look at the broader picture, this is treason. And the people behind this are traitors, who can do anything; and that includes even asking foreign powers
to bomb our country, to save their spots. Well as far as the little bit of support for our government was concerned that is gone now. Mr. President needs to start counting his days because the army knows now that an escape goat would not make up for this huge
problem.
