‘Dancing With the Stars’ won by J.R. Martinez

A well known American dance based reality show ‘Dancing With the Stars’ declared J.R. Martinez as an amazing dancer in the final round. The last few weeks of the competition were extremely tough for J.R. Martinez, but his dance partner Karina Smirnoff in
urge to win the sparkling glass trophy, was all set to win her first title due to which she kept on mentoring J.R. Martinez since the first week of the show.

The second place was acquired by the perfect samba dancer Rob, while the tango dancer was placed in the third place.

In the first round of the show dancers were told to choose one of their favorite routines of the season and dance, J.R. Martinez and Karina Smirnoff choose jumping jive from their second week and attained second position in the contest.

Ricki and Derek reprised their "Psycho" tango was the dance which placed them on the first position.

J.R. Martinez and Karina Smirnoff were given an hour to practice a dance on Ricky Martin’s song ‘Shake Your Bon Bon’. Both stars inspiringly performed a samba on the upbeat number and won the second round.

Rob and Cheryl took a silly rather than sexy approach to the dance. Rob did an amazing job keeping up with Cheryl, and pulled off some great spins. The judges had nothing but praise in this round, and awarded both couples perfect scores.

With equal points a single win was expected to change J.R. Martinez and Karina Smirnoff or Ro and Cheryl’s life, but it was a lucky night for J.R. Martinez and Karina Smirnoff who won the second round.

J.R. Martinez is a notable personality, who besides being an American actor has acquired fame thorough his duties which he as a soldier served in Iraq.

In 2003 J.R. Martinez and Karina Smirnoff suffered from severe injuries that burned 40 percent of his body. For his treatment he travelled across the country and shared his experiences with others.

Later on he became a motivational speaker and started giving lectures in corporations, schools, veterans groups and numerous other organizations.

His role in the ABC daytime drama All My Children attained huge fame.

Along with his various achievements the star has recently won the 13^th Season of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars.
