What a life it is if full of cares!
Thursday, November 24th, 2011 8:02:47 by Sharjeel AhmadSince the inception of the planet, only a few people have understood the life and they are those who lived actually. We are not living lives, we are merely struggling for survival. Day in day out, work and work everywhere. Either we sleep or work, nothing
else.
Life is not about dwelling in a luxurious house, taking a rich meal and wearing an expensive dress. They are just desires which can make the life easier but not happier. A renowned philosopher, Wasif Ali Wasif, once said, “Life may dwell happy in a mud house
but it may remain sick in a glaring palace”. It is more than a reality.
In the marathon of gaining more and more material advantages, we are denying to live. We are always worried about the future which we are not even sure to live in. Stress, tension and fear have spread their tentacles all around and we are getting entrapped.
Nature is packed with beauty—the beauty which can give real charm—but we have no time to bother about it, no time to enjoy it and consequently we suffer. Dancing lakes, rocketing hills, piercing breeze, swaying flowers, shadowing trees and talking birds
are all made for us to enjoy with, but we cannot as money is dearer to us than anything else.
We go on and on but life stops and we turn into dead bodies filled with all regrets and cares. It is unfair with humanity. It is unfair with the life we are supposed to live by the nature.
Over the years, human beings have made fabulous progress in each and every field of life, but they are still unable to live with tranquillity and contentment. A number of fatal diseases, which were not even known by the man of stone age, have crept in to
curb real pleasure by defying our monetary shields. We keep earning and spending on our medical cure till we die. How nonsense it is!
If we wish to live with peace and pleasure, what we need to do is to cut down our routines and schedules. We have to snatch some time from engagements and spend it on our lives. Take some breaks, make some stops and get some space just for yourselves. Understand
and love yourselves. Go out and watch the nature, experiment with it and gain some of the actual charm it contains.
In the end, I would like to suggest that live your life before it ends. Believe me, nature will never forget you if you die without living.
