Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has said that his wife Twinkle Khanna, who has been also a part of Indian film industry in past is not interested in films anymore.
Akshay is a part of Indian film industry since two decades and still he is doing movies for his audience.
He talked about Deepika Padukone and stated that Deepika is the epitome of beauty and it was great to team up with her again after Chandni Chowk to China and Housefull.
Other than Deepika he discussed his experience with Chitrangda Singh and mentioned that as for Chitrangda, though she has just taken the plunge into commercial cinema, she is not a newcomer and has the ability to blow everyone away with her stunning looks
and her acting prowess.
After the movie Garam Masala, John Abraham and Akshay Kumar will be seen in the upcoming film “Jai-Veeru”. Akshay talked about this film and added that John and he are teaming up again after Garam Masala. In addition, he stated that John has come a long
way since Garam Masala and has grown as an actor and he sees a big difference in him.
Both of the actors John and Akshay will be seen with great chemistry in their next film Jai Veeru.
Talking to reporters, Akshay commented, “I don’t know which Sonu Sood you are talking about. My production company considered remaking the song a long time ago, but so many films come and go that you don’t remember what is happening with every project. My
company has 4-5 films in the pipeline that don’t have me in the lead. I have no idea who has got the rights for Appadi Podu. And there’s no fight here. I am sure the right person will get it in the end.”
He went on to mention, “I have already done a south Indian film, that too in Kannada. It’s a film called Vishnu Vijaya, which had Ashwini Bhave and the late Vishnuvardhanji in the cast. The film was made in Kannada and Hindi. The Hindi version was known
as Ashaant. I want to do a film in Tamil as I’ve already done a Kannada project. In fact, I am waiting for someone to approach me with a good offer.”
In the end, Akshay said that Bangalore city will always have a special place in his heart, because he shot the first scene of his career at there.
