The top four best films are more epic and animated. Not only children love these but their parents gets addict
as well. Latest flicks like The Muppets and Hugo may top the charts but still needs a lot more to beat the classics.
4. Bad Santa (2003)
Bad Santa is the greatest Christmas movie without Grinch in the title. It follows two conmen (starred by Billy
Bob Thornton and Bernie Max) who go on a road trip to malls dressed as Santa and his elf.
However, they run into trouble when they befriends with an 8-year-old kid (played by Brett Kelly). As a result the security boss discovers their plan.
Thornton did an amazing job as the title character. In addition to this, the director Terry Zwigoff displayed exceptional
directing skills to produce this marvellous holiday movie.
3. Aladdin (1992)
To those of us who were kids at that time, Aladdin is a pure classic and pre-Pixar magic which we look in a Disney
animated movie. In addition to this, Robin Williams who voiced as Genie gave an exceptional performance. The time has changed but Aladdin remains proof that great storytelling and songs are all what children needs from a movie.
It centres on a street urchin, Aladdin (voiced as Scott Weinger) who lives in a large busy town with his monkey
friend Abu. He accidently meets the princess, who is in the city undercover, and eventually both fell in love with each other. However, under the orders of evil Jafar, Aladin goes behind the bars and is caught up in his evil plot of retrieving a magical lamp
from the Cave of Wonders.
2. Toy Story 2 (1999)
John Lasseter’s Toy Story 2 was the rarest of flicks who manages to top its predecessor in some ways. Not only
the story was awesome but an all star cast including Tom Hanks, Tim Allen and Joan Cusack put a cherry on film.
When Woody gets stolen by a toy collector, Buzz and his friends sets up a mission to save him, but Woody finds
new friends and the idea of immortality in a museum tempts him.
1. Toy Story (1995)
The Pixar revolution started in 1995 which ended hand-drawn animations. The visuals at that time were groundbreaking
and mind-blowing but the sheer imagination at work in every aspect of the movie distinguished Toy Story from all animations that came before. As a result, the new unique animation could be enjoyed as much by kids as by adults.
The movie follows a cowboy toy, Woody who is threatened and jealous when a fancy spaceman toy, Buzz Lightyear,
replaces him as top toy in Andy, a little boy who owns all the toys, room.
