Our President Asif Ali Zardari is ill

President Asif Ali Zardari is admitted in a hospital in Dubai that portrays he is suffering from a serious and a genuine problem. Media reports, even if somewhat rumours in details, are completely true about the fact that he had a serious problem, severe
enough for him that forced him to go abroad for a medical treatment or a checkup.

There are some dark ironies in the fact that everyone who makes tall claims about giving life for the country does not waste a single minute to go abroad when it comes to personal health.

The president’s trip to Dubai for a medical check up or treatment is a clear indication of how little the leadership of Pakistan has rely on their own health care system. Regardless of that they have opportunities to use VVIP facilities in the country.

The very other logic can be that Asif Ali Zardari had such a severe health issue that he could only be dealt in Dubai. It is worth lighting here that most of the Gulf’s Sheikhs go to the United States for every type of treatment. This raised serious questions
about the health condition of the President.

It is not a personal matter but the position he holds constitutionally as head of the state that requires his health issues should not be dealt as a gossip.

The officials should not use denying tactics to hide the real situation. The health of Asif Ali Zardari is a matter of serious question for some time, as he is suffering by diabetic on advance stages and needs consistent checkups.

He has not so defined cardiac ailment, however, questions about his health is a serious matter of concern.

The president is known to have vigorous mood, ups, and downs of such extreme nature that this borders on behavioural disarray. He is also acknowledged to be on medication to manage his reactions and to act consistently.

It is pertaining to mention here that the recent report published in a US-based magazine, Foreign Policy, stated that when American President, Barrack Hussain Obama officially telephoned him, Asif Ali Zardari was incoherent.

Additionally, the recent episode suggests that the president is not physically fit for running the state affairs. However, who will accept this or even admit the reality?

Surely, the president himself or his party members will not reveal this. The trend to worship dead people has always been strong in the country.

The personal physician can describe the entire scenario. However, will he be permitted to do so? That is a real question.
