However, this issue will be discussed later, the first thing to ponder is, what is the wise decision in getting a good gift for the children?

The answer to this question is a little tricky than it seems. If a teddy bear in your mind, get it out. It is not worth anything to children above, let’s say 4 years. When it comes to technology, it is so rapidly changing that if you purchase a remote-controlled
car today for your son or niece, by the end of February, there will be a toy in the market that has more gismos in it than the one that your little relative now ones, and that won’t look good…at all.

The best option is to go for something that is not that rapidly changing with time, like a video game. But…that probably might not be a good idea either, mothers don’t like video games for their young ones.

Then there is cash or there is ‘teddy bear’. Whichever comes first in your mind?

The next thing that was mentioned above is the charity. Christmas is also a big event when many people become enormously generous and shell out charities to the needy and poor. However, that is quite an ambiguous activity as the idea to carry out it on special
occasions.

First, the realization of the gravity of such activity has to be considered. Instead of taking the needy to free lunches and dinners, it is reasonable to hand out cash. That way, they might be able to eat something of their own liking or might use it for
something else usable.

Another thing that the ‘generous people’ should realize is the fact that, feeding two needy with the same amount of money that they use to feed one at home is not actually generosity. If they really want to spend something worth it, they should probably
spend it like they do on their own.
