Best and Worst Smartphones of 2011 – The Final Verdict – Part 3
Thursday, December 29th, 2011 1:05:30 by Usman KhalidVerizon’s LTE network works fine on the smartphone. It is a huge upgrade to other Galaxy versions like the SII and SII Skyrocket.
3. Apple iPhone 4S
The phone has one of the best features in the market but in some cases it was a disappointment as well. In the contemporary world, where the reigning smartphones have 4.3 to 4.8-inch touch screens, this successor to Apple’s flagship smartphone category came
with the traditional 3.7-inch screen.
Although it contained a faster dual-core A5 processor chip and new iOS 5 operating system, it was still with the same old dimensions.
The main reason for a colder response was the disappointment over the 4S name. Actually, the market was eager to see a compeletely reconstructed iPhone 5 but as it goes with Apple, they don’t compromise on the bigger picture ahead of them.
4S contains a smarter and revamped 8 megapixel camera that has incorporated five lenses and a bigger aperture with shock resistance while capturing video at 1080p resolution.
There is a quirky virtual assistant called Siri that has attracted a lot of attention, not being a lady’s voice but its features.
However, the phone still got a number of aspects unaddressed, which hopefully will be in 2012 release.
