Katy Perry, Russell Brand split

After just over a year into their high-profile marriage, which was closely followed by rumors of crisis, Russell Brand has decided to end her marriage to singer, Katy Perry. What at first seemed a simple dispute over a couple of blow ups in their relationship
have now apparently turned bitter  after the comedian decided to file for divorce.

The last days of 2011 have been marked as a turning point for the couple, who will start the New Year on separate terms.

It was no secret that during the Christmas holidays, their relationship had suffered a setback because both did not went along well and so like all Hollywood marriages, their association lasted just over a year.

According to the website collects ShowbizSpy, the reason for that fight was dim-witted but still enough to trigger an end to their relationship that was already limping for some time. Apparently the destination of choice for the Christmas holiday was what
made the couple just throw things at each head.

Apparently the couple quarreled very often but this time the differences were irreconcilable.. The friends of the couple did not hesitate to point out to Katy as it was her the fault due to her anxiety of getting married.

According to sources, she never got to behave like a married woman and always valued her career more than her relationship. Russell instead wanted to settle down with Perry and raise a family, something she obviously did not plan to do for time being.The
sources also say that the fact that the singer did not want to be a mother was another stumbling stone.
