Howard Stringer, the CEO of Sony, has himself admitted that Sony can become an entertainment hub for movies and music by introducing the music unlimited service in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Sweden.

Sony’s music unlimited service was introduce in December, 2010 and started operating in countries like Australia, France, New Zealand, Spain, Germany, Ireland, Italy, United Kingdom, and United States.

The service is becoming popular at the moment. In which one can hear music in all Sony devices, with more than 12 million songs, introducing the Vita console, which goes on sale in Spain on 22 February.

Indeed, in front of thousands of audience in the Convention Centre in Las Vegas, Sir Stringer revealed that only Sony have the equipment, software, music, movies, video games and consoles and emphasized that they, unlike
others, does not lack any link in electronic entertainment chain.

"I hate to say these things, but I have recognized that we are the only ones capable of providing complete digital entertainment." Sir Howard Stringer was quoted as saying.

Though Stringer heaped praise on Steve Jobs, founder of Apple, and admired his capabilities in the field of technology, the CEO was quick to admit competition between the two and admitted that he is interested in Apple TV. However,
he revealed that the Sony Entertainment Network has what it takes to be a market leader.

He added: “We’ve got content, we’ve got hardware and we’ve got networks – the only question is can we marry them and get it right. we need to get it to the stage where you go out and buy a TV, plug it in to the power and the second
thing you do is connect it to a network. We need to improve content availability, make it as easy as possible and talk about it as much as possible.”

It is to be noted that Sony have tried to introduce every entertainment equipment with their name from headphones to camcorders, computers, consoles, or speakers.

For example, last month they presented the first HDTV with Google TV, a $ 149 video camera, which transmits wireless HD video streaming. They were also the first to make an electronic reader, but perhaps for a company of that calibre
forgot to focus on promoting it more than the other did. Ultimately its competitors have exceeded sales.
