Eat Fish to avoid cancer, depression and inflammation

Fish is widely cooked all across the globe and people from different communities are well aware of its advantages. However, most of the young generation avoids eating it due to its smell which keeps them away from a healthy diet. It is a strong nutritious
diet, and is recommended to use weekly in order to stay fit and healthy. There is nothing more versatile than one’s health and fish keeps us fit and amazingly decreases the chances of death due to heart diseases or cancer.

A study from Harvard suggests that one should make use of the fish a weekly habit if he/she wants to stay away from life threatening diseases. It has been told that the oily fish must be preferred as it reduces the blood from clotting by reducing its stickiness
and also lowers the chances of death through a heart disease by 36 percent.

According to the researchers, two of the oily fishes, Salmon and Mackerel, must be used in daily life as it keeps one away from the danger of threatening diseases. It is also suggested that one should regularly use fish oil as it reduces the mortality by
17%.

Apart from these benefits, the fish also helps in certain other ways which will be of great interest to those who do not prefer including fish in their diets. It helps to stay from prostate cancer as it contains selenium which is assumed to be cancer-fighting
protein. However, a few of the studies have confirmed this fact, and internationally the intake of fish of the fish oil has reasonably increased.

Fish also prevents depression and inflammation levels as it contains omega 3 fatty acids which raise the level of brain chemicals. Another advantage which would definitely be of great help and interest to most of our readers is the reduction of age lines
on the face. The use of salmon guarantees to keep you fresh and no one could say that you are 40 in actual when you look in the early 30’s.

Therefore, those people who avoid eating fish for any particular reason should consider using it on a consistent basis if they want to stay fit, healthy and look young!
