Bipasha Basu: I can teach the language of love very well

The dusky beauty, Bipasha Basu, has not been in a serious relationship after she broke up her eight-year long relationship with Bollywood superstar, John Abraham. However, the actress has insisted that love is still her utmost priority in life.

While launching the music for her upcoming film ‘Jodi Breakers’, Basu told the media that she can teach a few lessons on love since it has always been her first priority. Basu stated one should be honest and sincere in a relationship.

Basu told PTI, “I can teach the language of love very well. For me, love is very important. The biggest priority in life is love…When you talk of love, it is not only about man-woman love, but love for family, friends… love for co-stars. As it is my priority… I can teach few lessons on love.”

Bipasha Basu and John Abraham got into a serious relationship during the shooting of Mahesh Bhatt’s film ‘Jism’, which was released back in 2003. The couple became quite popular and one of the hottest in the industry but due to some reason both stars broke up last year and now John is dating an investment banker Priya Runchal. The actor wishes to marry her soon as well.

It was John who made the staggering revelation about the break up in a chat show and this news didn’t go down well with Basu because she reckons one should not disclose things to others when a relationship gets over.

Bipasha had tweeted, “What happens between two people is supposed to stay between the two when it’s over. That’s the dignity that I have grown up with and the respect I deserve. I don’t need to be on a talk show to prove my goodness! My relationship with John Abraham is over for good, for reasons known best to the both of us.”

Well, all said and done, it is Bipasha who is still single in spite of having many options. She has been linked with Rana Dagubatti, Shahid Kapoor and Josh Harnett but the actress has never admitted to dating any of these stars.
