Brad Pitt on raising funds for his foundation

Los Angeles, California – American actor Brad Pitt, who wishes to formalize his relationship with Angelina Jolie, launched his Make It Right Foundation, which aims to raise funds to provide home to the thousands of people displaced by Hurricane Katrina,
which occurred in 2005.

Oscar nominee for Best Actor for his film The Tree of Life, the actor has raised millions of dollars for the cause, and is expected to host a charity gala to raise more funds in March.

Rihanna, Sheryl Crow, The Neville Brothers and Seal are the high profile celebrities to perform at the event, along with guest stars like Spike Lee and Blake Lively, among the actors who will aid in raising money.

Ellen DeGeneres will co-host the event, which will take place at the Hyatt Regency in New Orleans on March 10."It’s awesome, and now we want to bring all the experience we have gained and expand to other parts of the United States and abroad," said Pitt.

Meanwhile, in a recent interview, actor of Seven said he and his partner would like to marry, and that means more and more to the six children they already have, and when asked about it, he revealed all in a pretty generous manner

“We’d actually like to, and it seems to mean more and more to our kids. It means so much to my kids, and they ask a lot. And it means something to me, too, to make that kind of commitment,” added Pitt.
