Hascol awards the implementation of Oracle’s JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP to Systems Limited

Both companies came down to agreeable terms last week for the implementation of the ERP at the offices of Hascol.
The software specializes in Financial and Supply Chain management and efficiently automates the working of it. Hascol received a number of bids for office automation and after thoroughly considering and combing the offers, accepted Systems Limited’s bid. According to Mr. Saleem Butt, COO Hascol Petroleum Limited, SL offered the ERP at very competitive rates.
Considering Oracle’s moniker attached to the software, the solution to financial and supply chain management seems to be heading the right direction for Hascol. JD Edwards EnterpriseOne was originally designed and developed by JD Edwards World Solution Company which was acquired by Oracle in 2005. EnterpriseOne is web-based thin client software with the capabilities to work with third-party applications, remotely. The software majors in financial and supply chain solutions.
Systems Limited is one of the best software houses and ERP specialists in Pakistan and their reputation precedes their work. SL is highly regarded by its peers in the market.
Mr. Ashraf Kapadia, Managing Director, Systems Limited said he is excited of the new venture and is looking forward to work with one of best petroleum companies in Pakistan. However, he also asserted that SL will maintain its standard of operations in the implementation of EnterpriseOne and will accomplish the project within the given scope as per the agreement.
Hascol, originally Hascombe, was incorporated as Hascol Petroleum Limited in 2001. The company specializes in the purchase, storage and sale of petroleum products ranging from publicly consumed commodities like High Speed Diesel, Gasoline and Lubricants to corporate products like Jet A-1. They have over 200 retail filling stations, spanning all over Pakistan.
The JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP will definitely assist the petroleum giant in its operations management.
