Tuesday, February 14th, 2012 5:36:50 by Usman KhalidThe scene is well known throughout the world that there can be a long line of eager consumers able to wait hours, regardless of the weather, to claim the ultimate technological gadget. There are employees, identifiable by their blue jackets, trying to restore order. And, of course, everything revolves around a technology company that is creating the hype before the start of an avalanche. However, this does not happen with a company that has a logo of a bitten apple but there is another unlikely player in the game that is propagating all kinds of sounds to attract attention. These Chinese manufacturers are creating a buzz all around the world for their new and upcoming smartphones and ZTE was one of them.
However, there is another Chinese company that has entered the mix of top notch companies and is planning to cater to the biggest market in the world, China itself. Apple and Samsung are the biggest companies in the world, in terms of smartphones and tablets. More than a billion people in China are mobile phone users in one way or the other. Huawei, one of the biggest technology companies in China has recently taken the smartphone category into its stride and has launched Meizu MX. The 2012 model has not only been launched in China but after its show in Consumer Electronics Show 2012, the MX is available in the US as well. Apple is going to face a serious competition from Huawei in the coming days. Appleās founder Steve Jobs had around 10 percent share in the Chinese manufacturer.
From a distance, the MX might well resemble the iPhone 4S, but the price makes the difference: 2,999 Yuans (370 Euros) on the 16GB version, and 3,999 Yuan (490 Euros) with twice the capacity.
