Smartphones at Mobile World Congress

Welcome to the concept of Smartphones which is growing with the time. Smartphones were introduced in Europe and America initially but are now available in Latin America, India and china respectively.

Just about a decade ago, People heavily relied upon land-lines. But now is the time for the Smartphones.  Applications have eased the users to communicate with each other in a more relaxed manner. Whats App and Social networks
are killing the SMS too.

The Smartphones sales grew to 53.5% in 2011, 432 million of these devices were sold worldwide. According to the telecom sector and media, It is expected that billion users will be benefited by this gadget by the end of this year.

Smartphone has turned into necessity rather than a luxury. Within the next four years, it is expected that the penetration of these devices will be multiplied by nine in Pakistan, six in Indonesia, five in Japan and Nigeria, three
in China and Brazil.

However, the rapid expansion of mobile phones is no stranger to the operators and manufacturers. It has become the income source for everyone from the automotive industry to public health.

At the Mobile World Congress, the spotlight is going to be at the gadgets with the latest technology. Mobile phones are expected to have the latest browsers like Mozilla, Google chrome and Microsoft.

The expectations of the users are growing too. They now want a device that could connect to their vehicles, home electronics including television and computers sets, connect to the Social networks, make payments or play real-time
events in HD.

Samsung, Nokia along with some other mobile phone giants are preparing for the Barcelona fair. Samsung has rolled out Galaxy note 2.0 android, LG is confident enough to seal the party by presenting Optimus LTE, quad core phones.

Nokia, meanwhile, are also reportedly set to unveil their latest offerings in Spain.
