The Incredibles: A must watch movie for everyone 

Walt Disney Pictures’ The Incredibles is directed by Brad Bird and bagged $631,442,092 at the Box Office. It was released in the fall of 2004 and it features the voices of Samuel L. Jackson, Brad Bird, Jason Lee, Spencer Fox and Holly Hunter.

The $92 million budgeted movie follows a family of super heroes who had given up fighting in order to adjust in the quiet sub urban life in Metroville. However, Mr Incredible goes to a secret mission, ultimately enforcing his family to rescue the world from total destruction.

The animated movie received certified Fresh Ratings at the review aggregator site, Rotten Tomatoes. It reports that 97 per cent of 229 critics gave it positive score, with an average rating of 8.3 out of 10. The site’s general consensus states, “Even though
The Incredibles is more violent than previous Pixar offerings, it still a witty and fun-filled adventure that almost lives up to its name.”

Anthony Lane of the New Yorker declared, “The folks at the movie’s heart are exaggerated way beyond our capacities but
not quite beyond our imaginings. The title is unjust; these are the very slightly credibles.”

IMDB gave it a rating of eight out of 10 based from its 230,602 users while Metacritic reported a score of 90 out of 100 based on 41 reviews.

Top film critic, James Berardinelli, of the Reel Views gave it a score of 3.5 out of four and said, “Exemplary mixture of top-notch storytelling, visual razzle-dazzle, accessible humor, and involving action.”

Jennifer Frey of the Washington Post also praised the movie. He stated,
“As always, Pixar excels with its animation, but what makes this family film even more appealing is the smartness of the script, which is clearly written, end to end, to appeal to adults as well as children.”

Overall, the film is a must buy and you would want to watch it over and over again.
