Pakistan ready to host U-14 AFC Championship, Zong to send 32 footballers to Manchester United

The Pakistan Football Federation has expressed its satisfaction and reiterated their ability to host the prestigious Asian competition.
PFF were awarded the rights to host the tournament, which will be featuring the likes of Afghanistan, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. Ahmed Yar Lodhi spoke on behalf of the Federation and revealed that everything was in order for
things to commence.
“We have planned everything to host the AFC Festival in a befitting manner.”
“All the teams have confirmed their participation and we are looking forward to it,” he said.
Zong to send 32 youngster for training at United
Manchester United’s official partner in Pakistan, Zong have revealed ambitious plans of sending 32 young footballers to train with the Red Devils.
The mobile company gathered a lot of plaudits last year after they signed a commercial deal with the Premier League champions.
Although not one of the biggest companies in the telesector when compared with majority market holder Mobilink, Zong’s popularity has considerably grown due to their affiliation with the biggest club in the world.
Their initiative is targeted towards young footballers in the country and is one of the first real efforts aimed at promoting the beautiful game in the market.
