What will Apple do this year – Part 2

Although it is too early to suggest anything for the next generation of the tablet, iPad but speculation can be worthy of some things that might come true, or heard for that matter.

Since the new iPad destined for 2012 was released this month, the new tablet might not see the light of the day until 2013. However, there are things that Apple should start working right now.

For starters, the tablet needs a new quad-core CPU in addition to the current quad-core GPU. The apps are getting by the day and there is strong chance that the new iPad will give up by the end of this year when spiced up graphically intensive games and other applications enter App Store.

Its weight should be taken into account. The thickness it brings is surely a problem those who have got a tight casing for their tablets. The new one is heavier and should taken to circuitry diet to reduce extra carbs.

However, Apple is not all about iPhone, other devices have also been targeted in gossips—already in Apple’s portfolio or yet to come.

First off is the television that has been in the news since Jobs mentioned it to Walter Isaacson, who wrote Jobs’ biography. The co-founder of Apple was quoted in the book saying: “I’d like to create an integrated television set that is completely easy to use. It would be seamlessly synched with all of your devices and with iCloud. It will have the simplest user interface you could imagine. I finally cracked it.”

However, several news suggest that the television will not surface in the market until the last quarter of 2012, maybe in 2013 although Apple has allegedly contacted Sharp for display panels. 2012 or the year after, it is now confirmed that Apple will certainly decorate living rooms in addition to stuffing the side pockets and shoulder bags.
