Google earns five times more with the iPhone

Google has generated approximately 550 million US dollars during the last four years according to the figures provided by Oracle for patent violation.

These figures suggest that Apple devices such as the iPhone, using maps and the Google search engine, gave this almost five times more revenue, some 2,500 million dollars.

About 200 million Android devices have been activated until late 2011, including about 90 million in the last two years, which means that Google gets a little more than $ 10 a year for Android phone.
