Coach Zavisa Milosavljevic talked to reporters after the grueling session revealing its contents and adding that young star Mansoor Khan, who had turned up late to the camp, is not likely to be part of the anymore.
“We had two sessions on the first day. The players had a gym-training in the morning for an hour in order to test their power and endurance while in the evening 90-100 minutes technical training was conducted,” he said.
While questioned about the talents of France-based Saeed Sarwar and Malik Mohammad Human Ali, the Serbian remained non-committal.
No one is final yet. I will test them and it will take me a few days before deciding about their fate.”
He also added that there would be further addition to the squad from Europe, but he wasn’t fully aware of their details.
“I don’t know the names of the two other foreign-based players but we expect them to join us in Bangkok.”
A PFF official also commented on the team’s upcoming tour to Thailand, claiming that the visit could be extended to two weeks instead of one.
“We have been verbally told by the Football Association of Thailand that we could send our team to Bangkok from April 10-24. And we are going to apply for visas and effort will be made to send the team for around two weeks,” he said.
