Facebook application “Instagram” getting popular

Instagram, the application, has become popular worldwide as it was a matter of time that it attracted users towards itself. Facebook, the largest social network online, bought Instagram for 765 million Euros (1,000 million). The
operation took place when Mark Zuckerberg’s company finalizes the deal, last month.

Instagram is a program that lets you share photos via mobile devices. Zuckerberg says that the application will work "independently", allowing both users to continue to share snapshots on their own but now also through the social
network.

Since the inception of Facebook, Zuckerberg has focused on building a service for sharing photos with family and friends involved in the network. The purpose of this operation is to improve the user experience.

What Facebook pays for Instagram represents something more than a quarter of its annual income in the past financial year 2011 amounted to 3,700 million, according to information forwarded to the securities regulator in February
as part of the share placement. The dot-com will pay the amount in a mixture of cash and share exchange.

The purchase of Instagram is now expected to close before the end of the quarter. Last week, they announced that through 1,000 million photos were shared through Instagram, last week.

Zuckerberg values ??his talented team for developing the application and managing the mobile platform now used by millions of people around the world.

Basically, Facebook wants to cash in Instagram experience to develop similar services in the social networking and other products. The brochure delivered to the regulator, Zuckerberg himself stated that one of the risks to the
prospective investor is that the company remains stagnant and does not progress. The route of acquisition is another way to keep innovating.

As the founder of Facebook, this operation is an important step in the short history of the company.  I have never before bought a company with so many users. "We have planned to do something like," clinched Zuckerberg.
