Islamabad: (Wednesday, April 18, 2012) After the Supreme Court’s verdict, allowing the three Hindu women who converted to Islam to make their own choices, Faryal (Rinkle Kumari), Haleema (Asha Kumari) and Hafsa (Dr Lata) have decided
to live with their husbands.
The three member bench, comprising Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary, Justice Khilji Arif Hussain and Justice Tariq Pervez, heard the case today on an application that was moved by the Pakistan Hindu Council.
During proceedings of the case, the court directed the police to provide adequate security to these families.
