Drexler, who had worked with Burman in 2008 as a composer of music for “The empty nest”, took the job after reading the script, which has been present in the last Thursday’s New York’s Tribeca festival.
"Uriel’s character is very attractive, with the compulsion to lie, too obsessed with his own internal dilemmas, unhappy with who he is and as long as the way of anything, except to the poker table, where he sits." said Drexler.
The promising actor had been motivated to perform in the movies by his companion including some actresses and a singer Leonor Watling, who advised him to go to the shooting to have fun.
Although the singer passed earlier by the kinds of Cristina Rota, Drexler, wonders what caused Burman to electing him for the role in his upcoming venture. In addition, he will participated in the official section of the festival
with O Apóstolo , a long run by Fernando Cortizo in which the characters come to life from actors like Luis Tosar, Carlos Blanco, Geraldine Chaplin and Paul Naschy.
