Gohar out, Zavisa handed manager role

The PFF have sacked Gohar Zaman due his negligence during the Thai tour and have tasked Zavisa Milosavljevic with the additional responsibility.
Zaman, who has scored an International hat trick for Pakistan in the past, was heavily criticized for the delay in Visas for Kaleemullah and Junaid Qadir before the Thai tour. This has angered the Federation who proceeded to sack him and have now installed
Zavisa Milosavljevic as the temporary manager until they find the right man for the job.
“Gohar has been shown the door for his careless attitude as the manager ahead of the Pakistan team’s tour of Thailand recently and now Zavisa will also perform the duty of the manager while physiotherapist Dr Kamran Mehdi will assist him,” a PFF official
revealed.
Pakistan are due to play a tournament in Palestine shortly before embarking on a trip to Saudi Arabia for their AFC Qualifiers.
