PTI’s Imran Khan says student wings promoted politics of weapon
Monday, May 7th, 2012 4:16:37 by Faisal FarooqChairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan said that student organizations promoted politics of weapons, adding that his party will use its student members to nurture the future leadership of Pakistan.
Addressing the PTI’s student wing, Insaf Student Federation (ISF), the cricketer-turned politician said the student groups of political parties had served a severe blow to academic activities by indulging in immoral activities at the education campuses.
He observed, “The biggest thing which we have to do once we come into power is the enforcement of ‘Education Emergency’ in the country. PTI youth should never let education get affected and never get tempted to gather weapons or make mafias like other student associations”.
The PTI chairman quoted remarks of Charles Dickens about the French Revolution saying, “It was the best of times, it was the worst of times”. In his view, the similar situation is being faced by Pakistan.
He said this is worst time of the century but his party is name of the light and change. He urged the students and youth to join hands with the PTI if the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) government does not comply with the Supreme Court’s order regarding Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani’s conviction.
The former captain said that they would hold a Tsunami March towards Islamabad if the premier’s appeal in Supreme Court is done and the incumbent does not accept its ruling.
He informed the media that this will be the biggest march in the history of Pakistan which would be led by the youngsters.
Imran Khan asserted, “This tsunami will not only take away Gilani, but will also deprive President Asif Ali Zardari of his chair”.
Commenting about the upcoming membership campaign, the party chief said some five to ten million people will hopefully be made members of the party in the next few weeks.
Khan was of the opinion that one can elect its leadership once he/she is member of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
He explained, “In all other parties, politics of dynasties is prevalent. If you don’t have Sharif in your surname you cannot come on top in PML-N, and you have to add Bhutto to your name to be the PPP leader despite being a Zardari. The same situation is in ANP and JUI-F of Maulana Fazlur Rehman”.

Mashallah.. IK & PTI all the way. He`s truly a Genius.
I suggest IK to improve Our Educational System by merging the madrassa`s as well as schools, colleges and educational universities. By doing this, two objectives can be met. Inculcate the Islamic way of living & religious education, morality, Islamic Culture (Importance of Hijab etc) to the western education system. Similarly, the madrassa students will get to know computers, science, management etc. Its a win win suggestion for both sides.
We can bring all the Maulvis & Maulanas as professors into our schools and colleges
