The man, who works at the actress’ home, suddenly collapsed on Saturday and began choking, coughing up blood and vomiting after biting through his tongue, a source told the gossip website TMZ. The Friends with Benefits star rushed to the man’s side and turned
his head so he would not choke. Another person on the scene put a wallet in the man’s mouth to prevent him from swallowing his tongue.
The 28-year-old even offered to accompany the man to the hospital in the ambulance, but it was not necessary. The man was rushed to the hospital by paramedics, where he made a full recovery. Earlier today, it emerged that Hollywood megastar Dustin Hoffman
also saved the life of a man who collapsed in front of him.
The two-time Academy Award winner was taking a morning stroll in London’s famous Hyde Park when he saw 27-year-old jogger Sam Dempster staggering and frothing at the mouth before collapsing, The Sun reported.
Hoffman jumped into action immediately, racing to Dempster’s side and calling the emergency services. When professional help arrived, the 74-year-old actor remained at the scene until paramedics restarted Dempster’s heart.
Kunis and Hoffman join an ever-growing list of heroic celebrities – fellow actors Patrick Dempsey and Ryan Gosling also recently hit the headlines for saving lives. Last month, Gosling saved a London journalist from being hit by a taxi in New York, while
Dempsey dashed to the scene of a car crash in Malibu, California, and helped prise the teenage driver from the wreckage with a crowbar.
