Kate Winslet helped Richard Branson’s 90-year-old mother get to safety while vacationing at his home in the British Virgin Islands with her boyfriend and children. The place was going up in flames but Winslet made sure the old lady got out safely, which
officially makes her the world’s best house guest. Branson thanked the actress on his blog.

7.       Sean Penn

There is no denying that Sean Penn did a lot good work by aiding victims of natural disasters. His efforts in Haiti were widely documented, as well as his attempt to rescue hundreds after Hurricane Katrina. Penn travelled the flooded streets by dingy following
the storm, picking people out of the water and bringing them to dry land.

8.       Tom Cruise

Tom Cruise is rumoured to have saved two boys who were pinned to the wall by a wild crowd at one of his movie premieres, rescued five stranded boaters from the ocean when their sailboat caught on fire in a freak accident and came to the rescue of two car
accident victims on L.A.’s 101 freeway until a medical team arrived.

9.       Harrison Ford

Harrison Ford rescued a young hiker using his helicopter, which he flew himself, according to an ABC News report. The hiker was dehydrated and could barely move. He swooped in and flew her to a hospital. Han Solo and Indiana Jones would be proud!

10.       JC Chasez

Former ‘N Sync member JC saved the innocent life of one-year-old on Miami Beach when a parasol was about the land on the child’s stroller. JC caught the umbrella before it hurtled on the child.
