Pakistan CNG Association (APCNGA) has asked the Government to take measures to address Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra), which approved the reduction in gas prices up to 47 rupees per million British Thermal Unit (mmBtu).

Paracha, Chairman of the Central APCNGA in dealing with reporters on Monday said the government should provide relief for the poor masses by lowering gas prices, as the regulatory authority has approved it.
"The government should return the Session of the tax on retail
price for CNG, and must pick up the illegal increase of Rs 11.50 per kg in CNG prices for consumers", Ghiyas latrine demand.
"If the government is unable to influence the decisions of the regulatory body, the government should close the office," he added.
Prices for all goods registered a phenomenal growth over the term of the current government.
This is the first time that the Ogre has approved lowering the price of gas, which will
breathe a sigh of relief for the worst inflation of the affected population, he added.
