Chairman JCSC general Wynne confers HILAL-I-IMTIAZ to Commander Qatar Emiri Naval Forces

Rawalpindi – May 24, 2012: General Khalid Shameem Wynne, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee conferred the award of HILAL-I-IMTIAZ (Military) to Brigadier General (Sea) Mohammad Bin Nasser Mubarak Al-Shakairi Al-Mohannadi,
Commander of Qatar Emiri Naval Forces, at Joint Staff Headquarters Chaklala Rawalpindi, on behalf of President of Islamic Republic of Pakistan for his services in bringing the two Naval Forces closer and improving the relations between Qatar and Pakistan therein.

Brigadier General (Sea) Mohammad Bin Nasser Mubarak Al-Shakairi Al-Mohannadi conveyed his thanks to the People, Armed Forces and Government of Pakistan for the recognition of his contributions towards furthering the bilateral ties
and defence cooperation between Qatar and Pakistan. 

A number of senior officers from tri services and Joint Staff Headquarters were also present on the occasion.
