Bilawal claims Pervez Musharraf killed his mother

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the Chairman Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) and son of slain Benazir Bhutto said former president Pervez Musharraf killed his mother, vowing to play a bigger political role in his home country.
While speaking to CNN, Bilawal said the ex president sabotaged security of his mother when she returned to Pakistan, back in 2007. He, however, said he was confident of his own security in the country.
He observed, “I’m confident that the Pakistani government will provide me with the adequate security, unlike the government at the time that sabotaged my mother’s security in Pakistan”.
The 23-year-old, who is also son of President Asif Ali Zardari, was of the opinion that his mother’s assassination was due to a combination of extremists and Musharraf.
He elaborated the combination saying, “Al Qaeda issued the instructions to do and the Taliban carried out the actual attack while Pervez Musharraf purposely sabotaged my mother’s security when he knew there was going to be attacks, so she would be eliminated”.
Bilawal held the former military ruler responsible for the murder of his mother, saying Musharraf had threatened Benazir Bhutto in the past as well.
In his view, it was clear that he was pulling the wool over our eyes when the former president imposed emergency. He was not interested in returning democracy to Pakistan and his mother started to speak out more against him, the security decreased, the PPP chairman added.
Bilawal expressed hopes to take a great role in the country’s mainstream politics. He noted, “I did not campaign in the last election, I went to university. I don’t feel like at the moment I have the mandate to take a particularly active role”.
He said he looked forward to campaigning in the upcoming general elections and playing a larger role in order to help the people of Pakistan. He said all people will have to come forward and help the masses in difficult times of the country.
Two-time former prime minister, Benazir Bhutto was assassinated on December 27, 2007, when she leaving an election rally in Rawalpindi.
Pervez Musharraf, who has lived in self-imposed exile in London and Dubai since August 2008, has indefinitely delayed plans to return home to contest elections after the government warned he would be arrested upon arrival.

Very funny Bilawal. You are living in UK (UK National) very near to Pervaiz Mushraf, but claiming in Pakistan to arrest him. That’s the difference between you and us who are living here and studding in Pakistani schools and knows the laws and current situations very keenly, instead of obey UK laws. You have no power and courage to ask UK government for arresting him. Rehman Malik one of the big shot of your party can easily arrest him and take back to Pakistan on his personal capacity by showing red warrant to Interpol. But only politics is go on no practical work can be done from your or your government side. Stop playing with the legacy of Great Batho and Banzir botho late please..

May be you should start by asking the person who was suppose to be security incharge for your mother, the same person who is incharge for pakistan’s security as well, he failed your mother and he failed pakistan as well, still has the job though. I do not agree with Dear Bilawal Zardari but a great admirer of Late Ms Benazir Bhutto..She had struggle a lot for the rights of people of Pakistan,To preach modernity and democracy and the Military establishment with the coordination of industrialists and non political powers always created problems for Pakistan peoples Party and also propagated a lot about corruption and high living standard of Bhuttos while how they generals looted the country for more than 40 years and destroyed all the culture of Pakistan and the ever worst era of Was Zia ul Haq and Musharaf..why do not you all people who spoke against the cival leaders speak the actual criminals..?Bilawal we are with you but I request you to stay away from these ill mannered nation..They always disrespect to the honest people..

Mr. Bilawal Butho is 100% right in his remarks. Whe GHQ attacker could not be brought to justice despite of capturing one of the main culprit from inside the vanue, how Mr. Zardari can brought the whole Taliban to the justice. How many perpetrators of sucide bombers have been hanged? Zardari is not a Mughul-i-Azam who will decide the facte of some one. There are institutions e.g. Investigation agencies, judiciary etc., who has to play their role. Why Honorable Chief Justice is not taking the suo moto action when is taking such notices against the government. I don’t think that democracy is enough strong in our country yet. It need some time to flourish and show its true sprit. As far as safe passage to Pervaiz Musharaf is concernced, definatly he was not that much week at the time of his departure from Govt as well as country. There were some powers behind him who protected at that time and sitll protecting him.
Rehman Malik & Ameen Faheem was in the next car. BB came out of the roof in spite of security warning. The local security was under PPP selected/controlled local administration. She was addressing public gathering although mushraf was openly saying her not to do that and that there was intelligence info that she could be targeted….these are facts we all know….I am not a musharaf fan but it is unfair to criticize him.It is possible that there could have been some lapsed here and there but sure he is not to be blamed directly on BB death……Bugti yes he murdered him.Period.

The mom of Bilawal is probably killed by his dad as his mom never liked to submit nomination papers of his dad from any constituency of Pakistan in her life time before death.Moreover there was a percentage of 10% for his dad in every bargaining as his dad is an International bargainer and 90% was for her mom and his dad did not like to pay 90% to his mom as bargaining with parties so he wanted to usurp 100% money and it seems he get killed his mom and now his dad is wholly getting 100 % in bargaining.The security of his mom was in the hands of Rehman Malik who is also a partner of his dad.Mushrraf directed his mom to be careful as suicide bombers will follow her but she did not take care of this.Inspite of Mushrraf why Bilawal is not registering a case against his dad who did not like to register a case of his mom at the time of her death.
