Crisis in
Pakistan, the authorities
continue to pursue energy
deficit grew to a record

Currently, electricity
is 8200 MW,
while demand is 16,400
MW during the day.
The deficit attributed
to an increase in loadshedding.
Pepco Energy Management
Cell, said that the energy crisis
which has worsened
due to loadshedding schedule
can not be performed.
Urban areas have
up to 10-15 hours of power
failure, and in rural areas
the situation is even worse
with the power outages
of up to 20 hours.
Sources said the power
shortages experienced oil and gas supplies, while
also reducing
water supplies, which are added in a critical situation.
Sources cautioned that the
crisis will be worse if
a sufficient number of oil and gas to
power was not restored.
Water was also
suspended for a few areas, as well as
the challenges that people face
continue to grow.
Meanwhile, protests against
prolonged power outages
continued across the country.
