their latest offering to the users.
The battle has just begin between the Korean company and Apple, the world leader in smart phones and TVs.
War far is Microsoft against Apple, or vice versa and Bill Gates Company is having a closer competition with Google. However, Samsung have now jumped in the tug-of-war between the two by coinciding
with the worldwide launch of Galaxy III with premiered Music Hub, a service which will compete directly with Apple’s iTunes.
And the competition between them is not just all about the phones. Apple have always taken initiative in the technology sector after beginning to create their own operating system in computers and tablets.
Google are still trying to catch up with the technology giants, Microsoft lacks enhanced equipments, Sony lacks Internet, and now Samsung is another candidate to offer their customers whatever the growing trends
are in the market.
Currently the service, Music Hub, is only for owners of a Galaxy III of Germany, France, Italy, United Kingdom and Spain, which has been released on mobile this on Tuesday. The service has a free version and
a premium version.
The free version lets the user hear only 30 seconds of a desired song. However, the monthly premium package that cost 9.99 Euros helps the user store (up to 100 gigabytes), which can be accessed from any of their own equipment
or from a browser.
Unlike iTunes, the service from Samsung is also accessible from a browser. Though iTunes have many years of experience and millions of users, Samsung have the advantage of its global leadership in flat TV and
other home appliances, from refrigerators to speakers.
