Zamir Kabuloy – special Russian envoy to Afghanistan calls on COAS Kayani
Rawalpindi – May 31, 2012: His Excellency Zamir Kabulov, Special Envoy of the President of Russian Federation to Afghanistan called on Chief of Army Staff, General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani at General Headquarters today.
The visiting dignitary remained with him for some time and discussed matters of mutual interest.
