Sunny Leone’s ‘Jism 2’ lingerie all set for the auction

The trend of auctioning lingerie has finally reached India, as the actor-turned-director Pooja Bhatt has directed to auction all of the costumes of the cast of her much-anticipated upcoming film ‘Jism 2’.

Previously, Charlize Theron’s sexy corset was picked up for a record price at the Frederick’s of Hollywood Third Annual Lingerie Auction. Moreover, celebrities like Keira Knightley, Susan Sarandon and Reese Witherspoon had also lent their lingerie for auction. However, the new name in the list is of the Indo-Canadian porn star Sunny Leone, who is playing a lead role in ‘Jism 2’.

Bhatt initially revealed the news on her Twitter page: “@Jism2 Sunny Leone’s lingerie along with other clothes of her and other actors up for auction for charity… any takers?”

While expressing her thoughts with the media, Bhatt insisted that she would auction Leone’s costumes including the undergarments of the lead actors of her film. Bhatt said she is doing all this to raise funds for charities but everyone knows that the main reason behind is the promotion of ‘Jism 2’, which is scheduled to hit the cinemas on August 3.

She told a leading daily, Bhatt said, “I am auctioning Sunny, Randeep and Arunoday`s entire wardrobe down to their underwear for charity. Taking one`s clothes off has never been so noble!”

“Why should we have anything against a beautiful lingerie? Hollywood stars auction their lingerie. It’s a done thing. There is a huge market for these. Given a chance, I’d love to buy Javier Bardem’s undergarments in an auction,” said Pooja.

In the meantime, the director also disclosed that all the garments will have an autograph of the actors.

“Life is online nowadays. Each item will be accompanied by an autographed photo of the artist and a certificate of authentication,” she added.

Well, all said and done, let’s see what response does Pooja Bhatt gets upon auctioning lingerie.
