Rehman Malik meets MQM Rabita committee members in Dubai

Dubai: (Monday, June 11, 2012) Rehman Malik, the Advisor to Prime Minister on Interior Affairs, called on members of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Rabita Committee here in Dubai.

While the primary motive of the meeting was to discuss the current political situation of the country with the government allies, sources said that taking time out, Malik also discussed matters pertinent to mutual interest with
the MQM leaders.

In order to build on the political relations between the two parties, the MQM sources said that the advisor for Interior also conveyed goodwill messages of President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Gilani to MQM leadership.
