Mac Rumours: Apple expected to deliver new line of MacBook Pro and Air at WWDC 2012 – Part 2

These companies are capturing the market with the help of new processors from Intel and graphics cards from NVIDIA and its June already but no new MacBook.

First thing that is expected from the makers of Macintosh is the new line of MacBook Pros that will incorporate the new technology from Intel and NVIDIA. Faster processor and rigorous graphics cards are of imperative importance to professionals and the ultra competition in the market cannot wait for weeks for the release of new MacBooks, much less months.

The new line of laptops from HP, Lenovo and Samsung has amassed a big chunk of laptop market, mainly due to the belated release of MacBooks. It is about time that the company releases new MacBook Pros and Airs to compete the outside world.

It is rumoured that the new line of MacBook Pro will tow the thinner trend of notebooks. Though it will not have ultrabook aesthetics, in order not to cannibalize the market for Air, it will have drastic shave on its depth. It is expected to get rid of the optical drive, Blu-Ray or DVD.

Retina Display is also among the wish list but it is desired as long as it does not tax on the battery life. The charge lifetime of MacBooks is though better than its peers in the market but still it does not touch that of iOS devices.

NVIDIA graphics cards are limited to Pros but the new variety from the company has made it possible its use in ultrabooks and some in the market are already availing the option. It will not hurt Apple to include a new dedicated graphics card in MacBook Air.

Though the MacBook still has a very attractive design but users want Apple to experiment something new and incite them.
