Rawalpindi – June 12, 2012: Lieutenant General Onyeabo Azubike Ihejirika, Nigerian Chief of Army Staff called on Chief of Army Staff, General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani at General Headquarters today.

The visiting dignitary remained with him for some time and discussed the matters of professional interest.

Nigerian Army Chief’s visit to Pakistan and meeting with his counterpart underscores the brotherly ties and closeness both of the countries enjoy at national level.
